Which items are considered final sale?
All items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange. However, if a final sale item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us promptly so we can review the issue and assist you.
Am I able to modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders are processed quickly to ensure timely delivery. Once an order has been placed, we are unable to guarantee changes or cancellations. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.
Can I update my shipping address after checkout?
If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to update your shipping address. Please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, address changes are no longer possible.
Is it possible to merge multiple orders into one shipment?
At this time, we are unable to combine multiple orders into a single shipment. Each order is processed and shipped separately.
How can I track or check the status of my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow time for tracking updates to appear.
Do you offer price matching or post-purchase price adjustments?
We do not offer price matching or post-purchase price adjustments. Prices are subject to change without notice.
What should I know about pre-order items?
Pre-order items are available for purchase before they are in stock. Estimated shipping timelines are listed on the product page. Pre-order items may ship separately from in-stock items.
Why might my order be canceled?
