Which items are considered final sale?

Can I update my shipping address after checkout?

If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to update your shipping address. Please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, address changes are no longer possible.

Is it possible to merge multiple orders into one shipment?

At this time, we are unable to combine multiple orders into a single shipment. Each order is processed and shipped separately.

How can I track or check the status of my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow time for tracking updates to appear.

Do you offer price matching or post-purchase price adjustments?

We do not offer price matching or post-purchase price adjustments. Prices are subject to change without notice.

What should I know about pre-order items?

Pre-order items are available for purchase before they are in stock. Estimated shipping timelines are listed on the product page. Pre-order items may ship separately from in-stock items.

Why might my order be canceled?

Orders may be canceled due to payment issues, suspected fraud, inventory limitations, or errors during checkout. Any canceled orders will be refunded automatically.

When will my order ship?

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. During product launches or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.

How long does delivery take?

Standard U.S. shipping generally arrives within 3–7 business days after processing. Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and carrier conditions.

What shipping options are available within the U.S.?

We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout. Rates and estimated delivery times are calculated automatically.

Can I ship to a PO Box or APO/FPO address?

We are able to ship to PO Boxes. At this time, APO/FPO shipping may be limited depending on carrier availability.

What happens after my order ships?

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

What should I do if my package arrives damaged or tampered with?

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product. We will review the issue and provide next steps.

What if I receive the wrong item or something is missing?

If there is an issue with your order, contact us within 5 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos so we can resolve the matter promptly.

What happens if my package is returned or undeliverable?

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping fees required to reship the order.

I have not received my order. What should I do?

If tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact the carrier first. If the issue remains unresolved, reach out to our support team for assistance.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. As a growing brand, we are currently focused on strengthening our domestic operations to ensure the highest standard of service and fulfillment. International shipping is something we are actively working toward, and we look forward to expanding access in the near future.

Do you offer pre-orders?

Yes. Select releases may be available for pre-order. Pre-order items are produced after the order window closes and will ship within the estimated timeframe provided on the product page. Please note that pre-order timelines may vary based on production and fulfillment schedules. If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, your order may ship once all items are available unless otherwise stated.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on unworn, unwashed items in original condition with tags attached. Items must be free of damage or alteration.

How do I initiate a return?

To begin a return, please contact our support team with your order number. Once approved, return instructions will be provided.

What items are final sale?

Limited releases, discounted items, and select exclusive drops are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Final sale items will be clearly marked at checkout.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after your return has been received and inspected. Funds are issued to the original payment method.
